Monday, March 5, 2012. Between the two of us we have poured champagne, flipped eggs, pulled shots and steamed creamy foam for your lattes, bar tended late into the night, arose at inhumane early hours to get breakfast ready, cleaned the nastiest of hood fans, polished crystal wine glasses and so much more. Always, we relished Mondays.

One of the highlights for me was the corn table where Maya Lovelace of Mae. It has a feathery leaf shape and was used in a parsley and apple granita wi.

After months of this work, I finally had an MRI of my neck. The MRI shows that I have two discs that are compressing the nerve that goes across my left shoulder blade and down my left arm. I will most likely need spine surgery. La La La Love You.
